Delete Account

You can delete your account at any time from the Status > Settings screen in the app.

Data That Will Be Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed from our servers:

• Firebase authentication information (email address, etc.)
• User profile (name, support ID, etc.)
• Chanting card data and audio files
• Backup data (if created)
• Device information
• API usage history

Additionally, local data on your device (such as game progress data) will also be deleted.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be reversed.

Information Retained After Deletion

The following information is retained for legal compliance and security purposes:

• Billing and payment history: Retained for tax and audit requirements. Managed with anonymous tokens that cannot identify individuals.
• Fraud detection data: Retained for up to 30 days to prevent fraud upon re-registration, then automatically deleted.
